​INTRODUCTION TO MINDFULNESS AND COMPASSSION 2hrs                         £25

If the answer to any of the above questions was yes! then this is the workshop for you. It will provide an introduction to Mindfulness and Compassion. It will explore the basic principles behind them through experiential exercises, meditations, inquiry and talks. It will explore how Mindfulness might be helpful in everyday life and look at some of the benefits of self-Compassion. It will provide you with some tools to support your wellbeing.
It will remind us that we have a choice, not to just react but to give ourselves the space to respond.

5 week Mindful living course.         2.5hrs (weekly)

​This course has some elements of   the Introduction to Mindfulness ands Compassion course, but goes much further, in that it will allow you to identify stressors and provide you with tools to make gentle changes.
During this course we will explore some of the Neuroscience behind Mindfulness and Compassion. There will be talks, discussions, experiential exercises and meditation practices. This course is a great boost to help start your own personal practice.

​Weekly classes will briefly explore a theme. i.e. Gratitude. There will also be a meditation followed by an inquiry process. (Only £10.p.w. if booked as a block of 4 weeks more)

One to One sessions. 1hr

​This is similar to weekly sessions but is carried out on a One to One basis and is usually more in depth. 
 Mindfulness and Compassion techniques are used to help you identify issues and suggest practices to make gentle changes.
4 Week,Writing for Wellbeing course (Mindfulness based).  2hr(weekly)

This course combines Writing, Mindfulness & Compassion. It includes simple exercises and meditation practices which will help you tap into your creative side.
Whilst this course does explore some poetry it is not intended to follow formal writing structures as we use free writing to connect quickly with your creative side.

​This course  is structured to progressively give you some tools to help build resilience and to establish your own personal writing practice.
​

This course is proving particularly effective at the moment, due to the unsettling effects of the Covid Pandemic.  It allows people to connect with their feelings in a supportive environment.

NOTE
This course can is run as a 4 week two hour course of a 6 week 1.5 hour course.

These weekly Writing for Wellbeing session  will explore  Mindfulness & Compassion themes often supported with poetry and allow you to express yourself through free writing.
 Whilst it is not essential, it is beneficial if you have undertaken either an introduction to Mindfulness course or our 4 week Writing for Wellbeing course.
