What is Mindfulness?
Mindfulness is essentially about engaging and experiencing life as it happens. Paying attention to the moment in a compassionate, non- judgmental way and allowing it to pass, whilst noticing how we experience it, in our mind, body and spirit.  
This is extremely powerful and allows us to identify with things we need to address.

​What is Mindfulness good for?
​
Mindfulness has been shown to help with many things including:- Anxiety, Depression, Stress, a sense of loneliness, clearing a cluttered mind, Productivity, and many more things.

What happens in a Mindfulness Practice?
You will be guided through a Mindfulness meditation or practice and then you will be a guided through an inquiry process. 

What is Compassion?
​
Compassion starts with self-compassion because when we are in a secure place we  are in a better state to offer others  Compassion.
​Essentially it is treating ourselves with kindness, supporting ourselves as we would support our best friends.

​Mindfulness allows you to identify stressors and Compassion supports you to make gentle changes.

What is Writing for Wellbeing?
Our writing for wellbeing is Mindfulness and Compassion based.
It allows you to connect with your thoughts at a given moment. It is based around free writing and therefore no formal techniques are necessary. It will include guided exercises and short meditations.
